Meet Our Staff

Hello! My name is Jennifer. 

I have been a Veterinary Assistant at EPD since we opened in 2023 and have learned so much during that time.  For over a decade, I have worked with animals professionally in various capacities and hold multiple degrees and certifications in animal behaviour. My interest in animal dentistry started with wanting the best for my pets as they navigated various dental injuries and diseases, and my intrigue has only continued to grow during my time with EPD. I’m thankful for the continued opportunity to combine my experience with my passion for keeping animals healthy and comfortable.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, exploring new places, eating delicious food, relaxing with my loved ones, and cuddling up with my pets. I have three dogs and two cats, a golden retriever named Nina, a small mixed-breed named Trotty, a mini poodle named Baron, and tabby cats named Charlie and Flora.

Hello, my name is Kaitlyn! 

 

I am originally from Everett/Snohomish, WA. I met my wife (Emma) in 2016, and we got married in 2021. We moved to Spokane in 2018. Our plan is to move to Maine to start our own farm in 2027. Emma and I love the outdoors. We are big hikers! Mountain Loop Highway has some of our favorite trails! I always have my fishing pole with me just in case I come across a good spot. Priest Lake is my second home. As a child, I spent my summer vacations at my family’s cabin. Now, as an adult, I go anytime I can! I worked in the restaurant industry for 14 years until I heard my calling to work with animals. I started school to become a Veterinary Technician in June 2024. I am looking forward to helping your pets feel their best!

Hi! My name is Nicole.

I’ve been working in the veterinary field for over 10 years, and caring for animals has always been a huge passion of mine. Originally from California, I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2019 and quickly fell in love with everything it has to offer. Shortly after moving here, I met my now husband, Riley, and we happily live in Spokane with our fur babies.

At home, I have four cats named Rigby, Kimchi, Moose, and Boo Radley, as well as one dog named Remy. They keep life fun, busy, and full of love!

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me skiing, boating, fishing, crafting, or spending time outdoors. Whether I’m caring for patients at the clinic or hanging out with my own pets at home, animals have always been at the heart of everything I do.
