I have been a dog owner multiple times, I have been to many different Doctors over the years but I have never come across a practice who truly cares for my animal as much as I do. At least, Until I discovered Elevated Pet Dental. I recommend Dr. Mayes and her whole staff to anyone who appreciates excellence. If you want the best, Elevated Pet Dental is hands down the very best. My Dog needs extra attention as she is high strung, and even though I had never left her in anyone else’s care, the whole staff took extra time to ensure her safety. I give a warm hearted ‘thank you’ to Dr. Mayes, Paula and all the entire wonderful staff. I recommend Elevated Pet Dental with highest recommendation. I greatly appreciate Dr. Mayes and her team’s work! My senior cat was in need of a dental cleaning and Elevated Pet Dentistry was half the price my primary vet offered. I am so glad I was able to help my cat feel more comfortable and clean at a price I could afford. And the staff is so kind and communicative that it made it easy knowing my cat was in good hands!

I took my dog Sugar to see Elevated Pet Dentistry a few weeks ago. She had several teeth that needed to be removed. Everything turned out fantastic. This client is amazing. The entire team is personable and cared for my 5 year old, anxious mini Schnauzer gently. I was communicated with well every step along the way. They even sent pics, so my mind could be at ease. There is a sense of family unmatched by other clinics.

The staff at Elevated Pet Dentistry was so friendly and accommodating for my middle aged cat and I. Poor little guy had a lot of teeth removed, but Dr. Mayes was very clear up front with the costs and potential need for many extractions. I was not upset when I received the bill. Rather, I was surprised that it wasn't more. Very professional business with great ethical standards. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for dental work for their pet/ pets.

We brought in our 11 year old dog after she started having issues eating. We had no idea that her teeth were in such rough shape, especially with her regular vet doing yearly checks on her teeth and saying they were all good. But ut turned out our poor old lady needed 27 teeth removed. The staff at Elevated made the experience fast, efficient, with as little stress as possible. I would recommend everyone bring their pets here if they have issues or even for their yearly check ups. I know my pets will be getting looked at here from now on since they know way more than your regular vet does about tooth care. The price was also very reasonable. I called a couple of different places that had quoted me about the same price as Elevated for half of the teeth removed and no two week check up like they offer.

Incredibly outstanding service, my dog needed an extraction done and I called Paula at Elevated, she told me to come in and they will at least look at her. Dr. Mayes was able to work her in between dental appointments and extract the tooth!! We are so lucky to have found someone so caring and compassionate. Thanks again 🤍

Dr. Mayes, and the entire staff, exceeded my every expectation and I am so thankful to have found them! When I called to request an appointment, they were able to get us in for a consultation the same day, and surgery in less than one week. That was such a relief! My poor dog had a fractured tooth, so timely treatment was needed to ensure his comfort. The staff was very friendly and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. They thoroughly explained the dental issue, anticipated outcomes, pre-surgery and post-care instructions, and cost estimates. They also addressed all my questions comprehensively. On the day of his surgery, I received texts and photos to update me on the status. My dog was clearly at ease and comfortable at their facility, and I loved that he was able to spend time outside of a crate while awaiting his procedure. When I picked him up from surgery, Dr. Mayes went over the x-rays, pictures, and results with me. She provided a detailed explanation of his dental health and key monitoring points, and even gave me an itemized report of his bloodwork. A follow-up appointment is scheduled for 10 days post-surgery to ensure proper healing and to check for any complications. I could not be happier with my experience with Elevated Pet Dentistry, and will continue to use them for all of my dog’s future dental needs. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
